This particular bicone bead is made of white glass and capped in yellow glass. The intricate linework pattern is in yellow. 

The bead is 122 mm long, 29 mm at its widest point, and 13 mm at its ends.

All of my beads are made by me, completely by hand. I use Moretti, Vetrofond, Lauscha, ASK, CIM, Double Helix, and Reichenbach glass. All beads are kiln annealed to ensure strength.
