Favorite recipes
Lots of friends have asked for some of the recipes I share photos of on social media or that I’ve cooked for them. This is where I’m compiling all of the favorite recipes we use frequently.
Breads
Our Pizza dough recipe - only change is that we add 1.5 tsp of Italian seasoning and 3-5 cloves of garlic. we freeze balls of dough and they keep really great. good for a quick dinner!

white bread - simple and wonderful, makes either 2 9” loafs or 3 8”… we often do the three loaves and give one to a friend.

bagels, we use everything seasoning from trader joes - if you don’t have barley malt syrup, its ok! we have used brown sugar and they’re still great!

Dinners
Potstickers, potentially my favorite thing to make. we do not use water chestnuts or mushrooms.. still turn out great. we often make a double batch and freeze them - put potstickers on cookie sheet - put in freezer - then put them into freezer bags.. so they don’t stick together. then when you thaw them, separate them again.

The marinade i use for chicken thighs, drumsticks, everything. Use in whatever proportions you’d like, it always comes out tasty! I usually marinade for 1-6 hours… but it also works just throwing it on before you bake your chicken. We also use this in the crockpot with drumsticks and then broil for crispy skin but super delicious slow cooked chicken.
